Cancellation Policy

This booking is non refundable. Conditions of enrolment: I understand that by enrolling Iwill be charged for the days I ... have enrolled regardless of whether or not my child attends, Agree to paying fees no later than 7 days of receiving invoice,Understand that if my child does not attend there are no refunds available,Understand that my child will not be able to attend if I have not paid in full,Understand that staff will exercise due care but will not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss which my child may sustain to person or property,Understand that if my child becomes unwell or is injured, teaching staff will administer first aid,Understand that if my child becomes unwell or injured and requires care beyond means of the programme, I will be contacted and if required collect my child,Give permission for my child to participate in all activities,Understand that if I am late to pick up my child I will pay $1/minute per child, as staff required to stay on require additional wages,Understand that my child is responsible for their belongings and any lost property is not the responsibility of “The Orchard Outside”,Can request a refund up to 5 working days from booking but within 3 working days no refunds will be available,If my child has diarrhoea or vomiting, there is a 24 hour stand down from the last “episode”,Understand that I cannot drop off my child before 8.30am and must collect by 3pm
